If you are not satisfied with your Nouvie, the warm and comfy blanket with sleeves, you can return it, at buyers expense, within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price please call 503-449-6755:

Please have a copy of receipt, name, credit card number and expiration date if buyer wants credit to card (only if original purchase on credit card- please include exact name on card), and buyers address and telephone number for refund delivery.
